I had the pleasure of working for Michelle Mardenborough from 2015-2017 as a Data Analyst in the Service Excellence department at International Capital & Management Company. Michelle was an Assistant Vice President who led and created our department. Our objective was to understand the voice of our client through in-person interviews and surveys, so our company could continually improve its services. This suited Michelle’s number one strength: creating genuine and positive connections with others.

 

Michelle is a dynamic professional who truly leads with her heart. She was a mentor to me and taught me the importance of leading by serving others.
